
Invitation to DelCampo School Commencement Ceremonies June 2025
Dear DelCampo Community,
We are pleased to share the details of our upcoming Commencement Ceremonies for the 2024–2025 school year. With great pride and enthusiasm, we will celebrate the accomplishments of our Kindergarteners, Ninth Graders, and the Senior Class of 2025.
Please see below for information specific to the ceremony you are interested in attending.
For those unable to attend in person, we warmly invite families, friends, classmates, faculty, and staff to join us LIVE via DCTV.
Our programs are designed to reflect the true DelCampo spirit, featuring:

Dress code
Kindergarten
For the graduation, all students must wear the official DelCampo School uniform:
Girls
- Beige pants or skirt, green short-sleeved shirt with the school logo, black shoes. Each graduate must wear her cap and gown.
- The cap and gown must be returned after the ceremony at the designated location.
Boys
- Beige pants, green short-sleeved shirt with the school logo, black shoes and properly groomed. Each graduate must wear his cap and gown.
- The cap and gown must be returned after the ceremony at the designated location.
Ninth Grade
For the closing ceremony, all students must wear the official DelCampo School uniform:
Ladies
- Beige pants
- Green short-sleeved shirt with the school logo
- Black shoes
Gentlemen
- Beige pants
- Green short-sleeved shirt with the school logo
- Black shoes
- Properly groomed and shaved
Twelfth Grade
Students should take into account the following guidelines:
Ladies
- Dress, shoes, makeup and hairstyle according to the occasion. Remember that graduates will wear a cap, so not all hairstyles are suitable.
- Each graduate must wear her cap and gown, in addition to any stole or cord that applies, as long as they are authorized by the school. Decorating the cap is strictly prohibited.
- Hair color should be natural.
- The cap and gown must be returned later when the diploma is given; the date will be confirmed when the diplomas are available.
Gentlemen
- Dress pants, long-sleeved collared shirt, tie and dress shoes. The use of a tie for men is mandatory.
- The color of the attire is at the discretion of each graduate, in addition to any stole or cord that applies, as long as they are authorized by the school. Decorating the cap is strictly prohibited.
- Hair color should be natural.
- The cap and gown must be returned later when the diploma is given; the date will be confirmed when the diplomas are available.

Will it be broadcast on DCTV?
Yes, the events will be broadcast at delcampo.education/dctv
Where will the Graduation program be available?
A QR code to download the program will be available on the assigned space on the day of the ceremony.
Where will I get my cap and gown from?
- Kindergarten Parents will collect their caps and gowns from school after they have completed their checkout list.
- 9th grade students do not need a cap and gown.
- High school graduates will collect their caps and gowns from school after they have completed their checkout list.
Will we have to pay a fee for the graduation or closing ceremony?
No, there is no charge for the graduation or closing ceremony.
Can I bring my own private photographer?
No, the school will provide photographers for the events. Before the ceremonies, the school will provide the contact information for the photographers so that you can arrange to receive the photos from them.
Will I be able to take family pictures after the ceremony?
Yes, there will be two backdrops around the school that will be available; however, a protocol must be followed for the safe use of these spaces.
