The following documents are required for your child’s application process and must be uploaded in our online application system. Note:  Please bring all documents in their original form at the time of your child's assessment day.

 

Early Years Program

Age Requirements

  • Toddlers:  2 years of age by August 31
  • Nursery 3 years of age by August 31
  • Pre-Kinder: 4 years of age by August 31
  • Kindergarten: 5 years of age by August 31

  1. Campus Tour
  2. Original Birth Certificate for Honduran Citizens or Citizenship Documentation for International Students (usually colored copy of passport)
  3. Two 1.5"x 1.5" size photographs
  4. Copy of Vaccination Records
  5. Admissions Form
  6. Certificate of Studies from previous School which includes:
    1. Transcripts reflecting prior scholastic grades and marking system used if applicable
    2. Certificate of Good Standing / Discipline Reports
    3. Certificate of Solvency
  7. If transfer student, please provide grades and progress reports for the application year 
  8. Student Information Form 
  9. Teacher Recommendation Form 
  10. Developmental Assessment by Counselor
  11. "Meet & Greet" Principal
  12. Any other previous educational information such as psychological / psycho-educational evaluations if applicable


Elementary Years Program
(1-5 grades)

Age Requirements

Grade 1: 6 years of age by August 31st

Grades 2-12: Students are evaluated according to their age and academic level to determine placement. Generally, a student will not be admitted if he/she is more than two years older than the average age of students in his/her grade.

  2. Admissions Fee (4th grade - 12th grade only)
  3. Admissions Test
  4. Original Birth Certificate for Honduran Citizens and Citizenship Documentation for International Students (usually colored copy of passport)
  5. Two 1.5" x 1.5" size photographs
  6. Copy of Vaccination Records
  7. Admissions Form
  8. Certificate of Studies from previous School which includes:
    1. Transcripts reflecting a minimum of 3 years of scholastic grades and marking system used
    2. Certificate of Good Standing / Discipline Reports
    3. Certificate of Solvency
  9. If transfer student, please provide grades and progress reports for application year
  10. Student Information Form
  11. Teacher Recommendation
  12. Assessment Day which includes an interview with Principal
  13. Standardized Test Scores from a minimum of 1 years if applicable
  14. Any other previous educational information such as psychological / psychoeducational evaluations if applicable


Middle School Program (6-8 grades)

&

High School Program (9-11 grades)

 

Age Requirements

Grades 2-12: Generally, a student will not be admitted if he/she is more than two years older than the average age of students in his/her grade.

 

*Only international transfer students will be considered for grade 12

  9. Teacher Recommendation 
  10. If transfer student, please provide grades and progress reports for application year
  11. Assessment Day which includes an interview with Principal
  12. Standardized Test Scores from a minimum of 1 years if applicable
  13. Any other previous educational information such as psychological / psycho-educational evaluations if applicable
  14. For grades 9-12, there is a one-time entrance fee. Please ask the Admissions Director for more information.
